They are truly incredible at what they do. They went above and beyond for me. I was kept up to date with everything. Their customer service is amazing I can not fault this company in any way. I told them what I liked & wanted and they did exactly that for my wedding Day. Anthony is such a lovely genuine person. He was forever updating me & seeing if I was happy through-out the whole process. Thanks for making part of my wedding planning stress free.

Special touch events went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my table decorations, they kept me updated with pictures and were very helpful throughout. Absolutely fantastic service. They are polite, friendly, professional and out of all the companies I’ve used for different items for my wedding, this one has by far been the most helpful. They are reasonably priced too, some companies charge a fortune for what they provided and in my opinion I’d of happily paid more!

I could not fault anything at all. From the word go Anthony was always happy to help with any little query. He made it so easy for me by taking it upon himself to make sure the chair covers were the perfect shade of green I wanted. To the seating plan being just perfect. Really bent over backwards to make sure that everything was perfect in every way for our wedding. They ordered matching colours in specially, coped with changing the seating plan last minute for all the indecisive guests, and much more. Every email from them was a delight to read, couldn't have asked for more.
