Describe your typical process with a couple.
a couple will enquire we then ask questions to get a feel for their requirements we then invite them into the showroom to discuss things more and let them have a play around with the stock and ideas until we have a clear idea of what they want then a quote is given we then are on hand right up until the big day should they wish to speak to us we then invite couples in 6 weeks before the big day to see their table setting and other items & confirm all details ready for us to set up on the big day
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We like to take some basic information about your day and as many photos as you would like to send to get an idea of what you like along with guest numbers and budget ideas we then invite you to the showroom for an appointment where you can look at lots of options and decor set, you are also free to move bits about to match your vision we then send over a detailed quote for you to check if your happy we ask for a non refundable deposit we are then always on hand for you to talk to via phone or email and should you wish to come see the showroom again however we don’t need to contact you again until 6 weeks before when we invite you back to the showroom to show you your table and other decor set up and to go over the final details where we confirm and ask for the balance payment then generally all items will be setup on the morning and collected the following morning however some items can be hired for a diy basis when we arrange a day or so before for you to collect all items and arrange you to drop off a day or so after
