What is your most memorable wedding?
Every wedding is memorable in their own way, we couldn't pick just one. We love getting to know couples and their vision so we can bring it to life for them and their guests. Each wedding is completely unique!

What about your business are you most proud of?
We are a small family run business fueled by passion for events and the couples we serve. Rose & Mae may be a small company but we make a huge impact!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Make it personal - you are coming together to celebrate your love with those you hold most dear. Make sure you show your personalities with special touches which leave a lasting memory of your day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We did an incredible wedding which took a lot of hard work to portray the couples vision, we hit the nail on the head but our favorite personal touch were the favors - the couple had cartoons of their family created before the wedding and had these printed on playing cards for the men and scented candles for the women - this was a real reflection of the couples personality.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once we have been contact by a couple we like to have an informal chat with them either over the phone or in person. That way we can gauge what they are a looking for and start the process of creating vision boards and giving the couple inspiration. We look at everything we have that links to their vision and go from there with making sure we come within their budget.
Not everyone wants an 'all singing all dancing' venue styling service so we are more than happy to help with just a selection such as chair styling and give suggestions of what homemade center pieces could compliment their wedding best.
We lock in the couples date, get all the logistical information we need and on the day bring their dream day to life. We are quick, efficient and discreet with both our set up and break down / collection.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
We did an awesome 'Alice in Wonderland' wedding which knocked the socks off the guests. It was wacky and wonderful but so classy.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
We are seeing a lot of fresh whites and beige's at the moment and we are here for it. Also the Sicilian vibes are a real favorite which we love.
What is your signature finishing touch?
We love cheesecloth material as a table runner for both long and round tables. It just looks so effortless but classy.
What decoration do you think every wedding needs?
Chair decor - even if it's the most simple of things such as some eucalyptus or fresh flowers, the smell is great and it just brings the room together.
