Describe your typical process with a couple.

From first contact, we will meet a couple if wanted to discuss ideas and options and to get a feel for what their vision Is, once the couple are happy, we would reserve the date by means of a deposit and then we will keep in touch along the way in case of any changes, any final numbers and changes can be made up until 4 weeks before the special day, final payment will then be requested and we call or email couple to ensure they are happy with everything, we will then arrive at the venue on the day to set up and will take pictures of the finishes room. After the celebration we will collect our items and make arrangements to return the couple's deposit.
