We have an extensive variety of rustic and contemporary venue decor available to hire and can't wait to hear from you. Our dedicated team understands how difficult it can be to find the perfect decorations for your special day which is why we have designed and acquired a range of gorgeous items that will creatively enhance your event. We are constantly expanding and we strive to make your experience with us one of the best you have ever had, our artistic stylists will ensure you enjoy a stress-free experience so that you can focus on your precious milestone. PartyFest Rentals truly cares about every one of its clients and will strive to bring your vision to life using our stock of stunning pieces that we feel provide for that craving of something exquisite but not overwhelming. We can’t wait to hear from you to begin styling your milestone occasion. We accept short notice bookings depending on our availability and are currently accepting bookings up till the end of 2026. We are able to cater for your individual requirements and budgets, our items can be hired individually or as a part of a personal package. The team will listen, pay attention to detail and work with you to create a beautiful space and transform your venue. You can choose from centrepieces, table and chair covers or drapes, floral chandeliers, aisle décor, post boxes, sweet or drinks carts, wedding signs and much more for your ceremony and reception. Couples can hire these creatives for a DIY wedding and we promise to provide quality products and excellent service. We cover the North West, South and West Yorkshire and will consider further afield based on request.

We respond to your enquiry with relevant details, product price list and package links and our contact details, happy to answer any questions or expand on prices or package to suit your requirements, follow up a few days after if we do not heard back and if you wish to proceed with us, we can arrange a call, zoom or WhatsApp chat to discuss requirements, share ideas, suggestions, photos and advise in more details, quote is sent out and deposit secures your date, venue venue/product view is arranged if required and the balance payment a month to your big day which then guarantees our attendance. Simple straightforward process that ensures transparency and allows you to decide if we are the right fit early on.
