What is your most memorable wedding?
My own! As an artist I made all my own decorations, accessories and stationery for my wedding and fell in love with handmade weddings. Paper-rose Workshops was born 4 years later as a way to help others have that beautiful pride in their wedding!

What about your business are you most proud of?
The excited look on the faces of participants when they skip out of our workshops with their beautiful creations and a head full of ideas of how they are going to use their new found skills for their special day.

Have the day that represents you both as a couple, regardless of what anyone else says.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The beautiful creations made by hand with love always stand out.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our participants book onto a workshop to create their chosen handmade wedding accessory. At the workshop we have mountains of materials suitable for all kinds of themes. As well as learning a new skill it is a time to experiment. Some of the best ideas also come from fellow participants. After the workshop we are on hand to answer questions and queries via email. Many of our participants book onto more workshops after the initial one.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
One couple are currently creating a Marvel theme. I can't wait to see the final makes for that wedding.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Within the alternative wedding scene, unicorns are very popular.
What is your signature finishing touch?
Handmade everything.

Something that s made by the couple to represent them.
