Pat and her staff are truly fantastic with their service and the quality of the balloons that she created to send to my Auntie as a surprise birthday. I won't hesitate in using them again as they know what they are doing in terms of excellent design and value for money. It pays to shop local !!

I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Pat and her staff. I went in to the shop with just measurements of the venue I wanted decorating, but Pat ended up visiting the venue with me and giving me guidance on what would look good and where. They certainly know their job. My wife's 50th looked amazing, had so many comments and many of the balloons are still perfect 3 weeks later, also kudos to whoever does the handwriting on the balloons, it's a work of art in itself.

Your advice was right and I'm so glad that I listened to it and let you decide what would look best. The decor looked stunning and, considering the current situation, you made the day so very special.
