What is your most memorable wedding?
Our most memorable wedding was at East Mersea Hall in Essex - a glorious woodland wedding that was truly magical! Our lawn games and crazy golf were a great hit both during the reception and throughout the evening. Our fully stocked candy cart kept guests well-fed with sweets and popcorn so they could dance the night away and our Light-Up Letters provided a lovely warm glow to the dance floor inside the tipi tent.

What about your business are you most proud of?
We're most proud that Michael designed and makes everything himself. Wherever he can, he creates our products out of reclaimed wood.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Recall your experience of weddings from the perspective of a guest and jot down what you enjoyed and what you might have appreciated to keep you entertained throughout the day. Weddings are such fun events but they are long days and we've found that it's so important to make sure that there's something for people to do.
Our lawn games and crazy golf, in particular, are a huge hit during reception drinks and throughout the evening when people want a break from dancing. Our evening dessert bar and Sweet and Popcorn Cart are similarly loved by guests as it ensures they don't get peckish and helps to fuel those moves on the dance floor.

At a wedding where the bride was Filipino, she handed out beautiful palm-leaf fans to guests. They had been brought over from the Philippines and allowed guests to keep cool throughout the day. We also turned our sweet cart into a Sari-Sari tuck shop at that wedding, serving up Filipino sweet treats alongside our candy and decorating the cart with colourful fans to bring that sometimes special to the day.
