Describe your typical process with a couple.
Well, we would either speak on the phone or meet in person to discuss where you are at with your planning and theme so I can ensure I am not going off the scale unless you want something slightly different. We can do a tasting of your potential desserts where you can then choose whether or not you like something. My work is one of those ones where you may not see the final work of art until the day where I am sure you will be wowed but we go over everything in detail.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Pearlised and metallic balloons mixed with flowers are beautiful right now, different types of tables see through, dressing tables, one of those old ornate desks, the drawers are holding cupcakes etc. no tables at all just a culmination of pillars at different heights
What is your signature finishing touch?
everything has to have a clean and distinct finish, each table is reflective of the bride or the couple so I don't have a distinct finishing touch as such. Its more about the quality of dessert provided.
What decoration do you think every wedding needs?
A well decorated Dessert Table, one that looks too good to eat but doesn't allow you to walk past without pinching something
