5% OFF bookings over £1,000 for Bridebook couples.
At Nextwave Events, we design the full evening experience — not just music and equipment.
From your first dance to a packed dancefloor at midnight, everything is built around the energy, atmosphere, and flow of your wedding.
If you want more than just “music in the background”… you’re in the right place.
🟣 WHAT WE DO
We bring everything together so your wedding actually works:
• White LED Dancefloors
• Clean, modern DJ setups
• Intelligent lighting & atmosphere design
• Venue transformation
• Structured, seamless evening flow
It’s not about adding more.
It’s about creating the right environment so your night feels effortless, full, and unforgettable.
🟣 WHY COUPLES CHOOSE US
Most couples come to us after realising:
• A standard DJ won’t fill a dancefloor
• Pinterest doesn’t always translate in real life
• The evening needs structure — not just music
That’s where we come in.
Calm. Organised. Designed around your wedding — not a template.
🟣 THE EXPERIENCE
We keep it simple:
No overwhelm. No guesswork. No random add-ons.
Just a properly built experience that flows.
🟣 INVESTMENT
Every wedding is different — so we don’t do one-size-fits-all packages.
Most couples invest between £1,500 – £3,500+ depending on the level of production.
🟣 NEXT STEP
Got a date in mind?
Send over:
• Your venue
• Guest numbers
• The kind of vibe you want
Or just drop me a message here / WhatsApp — we’ll run through ideas together.
We focus on production-led setups rather than standalone hires.
Everything we provide is designed to work together — from lighting and sound to the overall feel of the evening — so the result is seamless rather than pieced together.
If you already have a DJ or band, we can absolutely build around that.
Most of our couples invest between £1,500 – £3,000+, depending on the venue, guest numbers, and overall vision.
We’ll always guide you honestly based on what works best in your space — not just add things for the sake of it.
Absolutely. Every wedding is slightly different, so everything we do is tailored around your venue and how you want the day to feel.
Most couples start with one of our packages and adjust from there.
Yes — we regularly work with venues across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London, and we’re used to coordinating with planners, venue teams and other suppliers.
This helps everything run smoothly without you needing to manage anything on the day.
We plan setup around your schedule and the venue’s timings.
Where possible, we’ll pre-rig or work discreetly so everything is ready without impacting your day. Most of our setup is designed to be efficient and low disruption.
Lighting is one of the biggest parts of what we do.
It’s not just about adding lights — it’s about how the space feels. We design lighting to suit your venue, your layout, and the atmosphere you want to create throughout the evening.
We approach everything as a complete experience rather than separate hires.
That means better flow, better atmosphere, and a setup that actually works as one — rather than lots of individual elements competing for attention.
We take a 25% booking deposit to secure your date, then request 50% of the invoice 60 days prior to your wedding, and final balance 14 days prior.
If your event is within 28 days of booking, we would ask for full payment to secure your booking.
Absolutely. While we offer curated packages as a starting point, every wedding we deliver is tailored to your venue, guest numbers and overall vision.
We take a production-led approach, meaning everything — from lighting to layout — is designed to work seamlessly together and create the right atmosphere for your evening.
Most of our wedding bookings fall between £1,500 – £3,000+, depending on the size of the setup and level of production required.
We focus on delivering a complete experience rather than individual hires, ensuring everything looks and feels cohesive on the day.
