Absolutely shocking service from Samantha. Let down 4 days before my wedding with lots of lies and confusion. Avoid unless you have seen what you are actually hiring in person as they could not provide what I paid for and left me with this news such extremely short notice.

Without Vicki and her team my wedding just wouldn't have happened! I was so overwhelmed with the process of organising it that I just handed everything over. Everything was arranged so effortlessly that none of my guests had any clue about the amount of hard work, care and dedication that Vicki and her team put in behind the scenes. As the bride I felt so relaxed and relieved to have Vicki on hand both before and during the wedding to reassure me about any worries I had. I can't speak highly enough about Newbury Wedding Services and recommend them without hesitation to assist others whether it be on one tiny aspect, or like me, the whole thing! Just a shame I won't be getting married again to re-use her services although may now have grand birthday and anniversary parties as an excuse

Fantastic service from my initial enquiry. Vicki was extremely helpful throughout, and always replied promptly. I wanted a specific colour of sashes to match my daughters christening and Vicki managed to find an exact match which looked amazing! Thank you so much for all your help.... If you're looking to decorate your venue and/or have your bouquets made, do not hesitate - this company cannot be beaten on quality and service. We received absolutely wonderful service from the moment of initial contact. Vicki offers amazing value and high quality decorations; she can help and advise with a wide knowledge, is friendly, warm and yet professional too. Nothing was too much trouble, our every request was fulfilled and everything was perfect, with things exactly as we wanted. Our venue was truly transformed! My flowers were also stunning - I think everyone on the day and everyone who has seen a photo since has commented on how beautiful they were. Most people thought they were real! A huge thank you, Vicki, we will never forget how much you helped us to create our dream wedding.

We hired Vicki as our wedding planner during the final weeks leading up to our wedding as well as on the big day. I couldn't have been more pleased with all the help Vicki gave, she was amazing. I was really stressed out but Vicki took control of everything from contacting our suppliers, arranging arrival times to ensuring everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. I felt totally at ease knowing Vicki was our wedding planner and my new husband and I would highly recommend Vicki to any bride and groom. Thank you again Vicki

Vicki was amazing! Such wonderful service, she met me at my venue to have a look round and listen to my ideas, learn more about the style of wedding we were having and get to know us as people, then in just a few hours after meeting Vicki had come up with so many fantastic ideas and put them together in a way I wouldn't have been great at! I had a very reasonable quote from her by the en of the day and felt like I had been top priority, which is always what you want to feel when dealing with wedding suppliers. I haven't felt at all under pressure in any way and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! Thank you Vicki! X
