If you find a supplier you love- book them! No matter how far in advance it is :)
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Lots of chat! I usually chat through options with my couples, send over ideas and guidance and lots of photos to help create a vision. Then I let them know a price and if they book in when I’ll next be in touch and when payment will be due. I then get in contact 6 months before the wedding to collect the balance and finalise details. The table plan info isn’t required until 6-8 weeks before the wedding at the latest
