How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have secured your venue, especially for peak summer weekends (May–September) as popular dates book quickly. However, we are always happy to check last-minute availability where possible.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes - delivery, professional setup and collection are all included. We ensure everything is styled beautifully and positioned exactly as agreed, so you don’t need to worry about a thing on your wedding day.
Can we customise a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, and we’re happy to tailor packages to suit your venue, theme and budget. Whether you need a few statement pieces or full venue styling, we can create something that works for you.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes, a small booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding day. This ensures your chosen items are reserved exclusively for you.
What areas do you cover?
We provide rustic wedding hire across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshie and beyond. If you're unsure whether we cover your venue, just send us a message - we’re always happy to help.
Can we view the items before booking?
Where possible, we’re happy to share additional photos and videos of our items. If you’d like to discuss your styling vision, we can arrange a call to talk through ideas and options.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents can happen. We simply ask couples and venues to take reasonable care of items during hire. Full details are outlined in our hire agreement for clarity and peace of mind.
