Describe your typical process with a couple.
Firstly, I would normally arrange a consultation appointment at your venue where we can discuss your ideas and put together a package to suit your individual needs. Then I would send you a booking form and request a deposit. Once both of these have been sent back to me your booking is confirmed. I would normally keep in touch as much or as little as you want until the month before your wedding when your final balance would be due. I then confirm access times and logistics with your venue the week prior to your wedding and I send a follow up email after the event.
