Describe your typical process with a couple.
After establishing exactly what you are after I then send a formal invoice, a first draft of the design will then be issued for review by yourselves, after this, I'll continue working up the design, and then show you images of what the final product will look like before beginning the physical making! Once your products are made I'll show you the photos yo make sure you're happy, before popping them in the post (first class!)
