I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and his team on many occasions and they never fail to deliver expectations. This particular wedding, the bride's request was "death by fairylights " and wow did they produce just that. Chris is very professional and the work he does is amazing. I always recommend illuminate fx to my couples.

Thank you for our lawn games and photobooth at our wedding last week they went down a storm!

We used Illuminate FX for our works Christmas party in Shrewsbury and I couldn't recommend them more. We were after a snow machine for the entrance of the party, with a plan it would provide a backdrop to photos as staff were arriving at the venue. Chris outdid anything we could have expected, bringing not one but two snow machines - As staff walked down the entry a snow machine was behind them and in front of them, set up to provide a flurry of snow all around which looked incredible. Chris arrived at the venue early to set up the machines well before any guests were due to arrive, and positioned snow on the ground and surrounding areas to make it look more realistic. He stayed on site for the duration of the party, manually starting and stopping the machines as needed for the best effect. He was helpful from the start of our transaction and very responsive with messages. On the evening of the event he was professional and always had our best interests at the top of his list. We have received so many comments from staff about how great the snow was and how nice it looked as they arrived, a lot of passers by also stopped to take pictures. Other companies were coming back with extortionate costs for the machine alone, and advised we would need to purchase the liquid on top as well as paying travel costs; Chris was fair with his pricing and gave us all details up front so we were completely in the know before making a decision, there were no hidden extras or headaches to come once signing the contract. Thanks again Chris.
