FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

We ran a wedding in yurt in a field with a central telegraph pole, a climbing net holding down a plastic sheeting roof, caravan windows and no door - it was the best one ever!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Flexible, adaptable, supportive, calm, eclectic

What about your business are you most proud of?

As far as we know, after 13 years we are the largest business of this type in Scotland

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Your day, your way.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Mini home made milk jellies for each guest because the groom loved the ones the brides mother made.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Email conversations and/or a visit to our Fife showroom (the kettle is always on). Quote > book when ready (deposit) > amend requirements over time until perfect > 3 weeks before wedding - pay balance. Delivery day before > collect day after.

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

Star Wars (guess the date!)

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Gold cutlery and candelabras, brass candlesticks and lots and lots of greenery.

What is your signature finishing touch?

We always pop in a few extra of most items just in case of breakages - or an extra guest!

What decoration do you think every wedding needs?

Some thing really personal, because every wedding is unique.
