An Asian wedding I had the pleasure of supplying to at Chelmsford City race course, the wedding was huge and the colours were amazing.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay true to who you are as a couple. Don’t be swayed by wedding cliches. Don’t feel as though you have to make compromises you won’t be happy with. Enjoy it. The planning and the day itself go by so quickly, so drink it all in.”
Do it your way. People mean well but their opinions can be very overwhelming. The only thing that matters is that you and your partner are on the same page.”
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Table names that reflect the main guest on the table.
We names our tables after the song that reminded us of the head person on that table, like family or bridal party etc etc.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I am always available, I listen to what couples want and do my best to give them these things for their special day from the first contact til the very last minute.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
I haven't done a main theme as yet.
I did to a wedding cheese cake stack with my cart instead of a candy which I enjoyed.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Colour themes at the moment for me seem to be blush pinks, sage greens, and blues.
What is your signature finishing touch?
I love to personalise my candy carts, this usually goes down a treat!!
