Dream Hire & Deco provides event décor hire and venue styling across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas, helping clients create a polished look without the stress of sourcing, transporting, and styling everything themselves.

We specialise in wedding décor, from intimate celebrations to large venue receptions, offering both full set-up styling and DIY hire options. Our collections include statement centrepieces (including feather centrepieces), backdrops and arches, chair styling (covers, drapes and sashes), table décor, aisle and ceremony styling, and finishing touches that tie a theme together. We also provide event signage and display pieces, such as easels, welcome sign setups, seating plan displays and props that elevate entrances and photo moments.

What makes us different is the way we combine stylish, venue-ready décor with practical support. We help customers choose items that work with their venue layout, guest numbers and colour scheme, and we’re known for creating cohesive looks that photograph beautifully. What services do you offer?

We provide wedding décor hire and venue styling, including delivery, set-up and collection. We also offer DIY hire for couples who want to style their venue themselves.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and cover West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and East Riding. If you’re slightly outside these areas, feel free to enquire, and we’ll advise.

Do you provide set-up and take-down?

Yes. We can provide full delivery and set-up, and return later for take-down/collection (timings depend on venue access and your event schedule).

Can we hire items only (without styling)?

Absolutely. Our DIY hire option lets you hire items like easels, signage displays, chair décor and centrepieces, with collection or delivery available.

Do you have décor packages, or can we build our own?

Both. We offer ready-made décor packages, and we can also create a bespoke package to suit your venue, guest numbers and colour scheme.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak wedding dates (spring/summer weekends), we recommend booking as early as possible. If your date is soon, still message us—availability can vary.

What’s included in the hire price?

Hire prices include the items agreed in your quote. If you choose delivery and styling, we’ll include delivery, set-up and collection within your package price (where applicable). Your quote will clearly confirm what’s included.

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

Yes. We normally take a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the wedding. We’ll outline the payment schedule clearly in your quote/invoice.

Can we customise signage or styling to match our theme?

Yes—styling is tailored to your theme, colours and venue. If you need personalised signage wording, let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll advise what’s possible.

Can we see your work before booking?

Of course. You can view our styling photos on our website and galleries, and we’re happy to share examples similar to your venue style (barn, hotel, modern, classic, etc.).
