What is your most memorable wedding?

We set up a wonderful ceremony all in elegant whites and creams for a wonderful couple. Our team then hid in the side room whilst the ceremony took place and while the newly wed couple and their guests all went off for photos on Brighton beach we transformed the room into an explosion of colour with all things in bright pink and bright blue. The guests were so surprised at the change inbetween the two parts of the day and the couple are still to this day one of our favourite set ups.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Our 'nothing is to much trouble' attitude. It is a key part of all of the staffs training.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Get wedding insurance and do your research! We have been doing this for 15 years now and we have seen so many rogue companies come and go and leave couples in despair, Its so very important to know who you are dealing with. Check that your venue has heard of the companies that you want to use, Even if they aren't one of the recommended suppliers for the venue, Most local companies will have worked at all venues local to them at some point. Make sure you meet them and ask as many questions as you need to. Be sure you know who you are dealing with, With all of the suppliers for your special day.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Our typical process starts with phone calls and emails, We will then arrange an appointment for you to come over to see us at our showroom. Everything is always confirmed in emails, All quotes and phone calls are followed up with emails just so that everyone has written confirmation of everything. Couples pay us a deposit at the time of booking and then the remaining balance one month before the wedding date. You are welcome to make at changes to the booking between the day the booking is made and 4 weeks before the event. You can call, email and come and see us as often as you want or need to. Some people will come once and some will come 5 or 6 times.

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

We have done so many but I think my favourite wedding would be an Alice in Wonderland theme that we were part of.

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Vintage is still very in. Rose gold is popular. Hessian with a splash of purple is coming through at the moment.

What decoration do you think every wedding needs?

Decorated chairs, Whether its covers or just a simple decoration. A room might have 100 chairs in it and the change that the décor on them makes is usually the biggest.
