Dan And Will Ice Cream Bike

We booked Dan and Wills ice cream over 2 years ago ready for our big day (15/07/23) they turned up on the day at the time agreed and we’re lovely to deal with. The reason for the 3/5 review is I do feel communication was lacking. Sometimes we would be waiting a while for responses regarding power input needed urgently by our generator hire company. We was also asked 3 times to confirm flavours for our wedding day (which we was happy to do☺️) Unfortunately it was a bit disappointing/embarrassing to approach the guys asking for rum and raisin (mine and my family’s favourite) to be told they haven’t got it and instead brought mint 🤮 I know this isn’t a big deal but a service we’ve paid a fair amount for it would of been nice to have the flavours we’d asked for. My only other gripe would be the cones are the cheaper supermarket style, again i think for the price waffle would add more of an expensive feel, all ice creams were offered with a flake (I believe sauces and toppings were to be supplied on table but I don’t remember seeing these) Nice ice cream but i wouldn’t recommend sadly xx
