What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
a mother of a groom passed away suddenly a few weeks before the wedding and they had already done their table plan so they had a empty chair at the top table with her name place card saying "mother of the groom wish you were here to share our special day" and they put a single white rose and a photo of her it was such a lovly touch
Describe your typical process with a couple.
once a couple contact us we book them in for a free wedding consultation to discuss their requirement we take along our portfolio and bring samples of colours ect
once we know their requirements we then send a detailed quotation with a full break down off all their requirements and prices.
if they are happy to processed with their booking we then require a £50 booking deposit when require full payment 8 weeks before their wedding.
we offer them up to 3 more consultations completely free of charge. we keep in regular contact with them through out. a week before their wedding we contact them to reassure them and then the day before we text or email the bride or groom to say good luck for their wedding then on the wedding day we text a member of the wedding party to reassure them that we have arrived and set up we think this helps the brides to relax.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
one coulpe had a Leicester city football themed wedding all the tables were named after footballers and they even had a blue carpet on arrival.
the biggest surprise of all was the bride wearing football boots under her wedding dress and they where her somthing blue !
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
classic elegant ivory and blush pink tones are very popuar at the moment and these are timeless
What is your signature finishing touch?
having worked closely with the couple for some time we bound a friendship and we always leave a gift and a card from us.
What decoration do you think every wedding needs?
we belive that every wedding is different and should be unique to the couple
