We chose Creative Collections to arrange the decor for our wedding and it was beautiful. Alison supported us from 2019 and all through the pandemic until we married in May 2022. She was always reassuring and putting us at ease and always accommodating. Me and my (now) husband had only been to weddings as children, so we didn’t have a clue what we were doing. I knew I wanted a Woodland theme and so, along with Alison, we brainstormed ideas. She did not know the venue so even came for a visit...

Alison and the team were absolutely lovely from the start. We were nervous about what to expect and what to do with styling (how to even organise it with a company!) They made us feel completely at ease. On the day they got on with all the decorating and we had no stress or questions. Alison and her team were wonderful both before and on the day of the wedding. She had fabulous advice on what worked well at our venue and also was very flexible when we changed our minds multiple times. On the wedding the team went above and beyond to support the groom set up, even ironing shirts…really above and beyond, thank you so much. Our venue looked incredible thanks to you and honestly couldn’t have asked for more caring and Wonderful people, thank you so much.

Alison was amazing from start to finish! Quick responses to emails and my 1000s of questions, very accommodating when we kept changing our minds and superb service for the price. The advice we got was great and really helped with the decision making process, she went out of her way to go to the church to make sure the decor would fit. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day as Alison and her team had it all in hand and the venue looked stunning.

We first met the Creative Collections team at an open day, showing them various pictures/ideas we had to style our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they did an amazing job at bringing it all together on the day. Highly recommended.

From the day I contacted Creative Collections, they have been very quick to respond and help me create the decor I was after within weeks to the wedding. They have been extremely helpful and understanding with the whole COVID situation where we’ve had to change things several times to accommodate to the new restrictions without any fuss and additional charges. Most wedding suppliers I’ve come across are greedy and only care about the money. Alison, from Creative collections has not only provided the decor but also given her support and understanding, given the changing situation. She places a lot of trust in her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile and have a conversation regardless of the time and day to ensure that her clients are satisfied and happy.
