What is your most memorable wedding?
Mr & Mrs Murphy, June 2012 (Thornton Manor). It was such a pleasure to be part of this wedding, from the early discussions about themes, colours and fabrics, to seeing it all come together on the big day. The room was simply stunning, and every aspect of the day was perfect, largely due to a selection of extremely professional suppliers working together to make sure it was the prefect day.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am so proud of how the business grows each year, and most of this is due to recommendations from the brides and venues we have worked with - so we must be doing something right!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Find the best suppliers you can afford, then trust in their judgement and experience - they will be key to guiding you through the process of planning your wedding and ensuring a prefect day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Photographs of parents and grandparent wedding days displayed on the day, such a lovely sense of family and tradition.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial consultation with the couple to discuss ideas and provide a quotation, regular follow up appointments to confirm details, meeting at the venue to run through logistics, final details consultation 4 week before the wedding and courtesy call the week of the wedding for any last minute changes or requests.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
Festival themed wedding with ribbons on the chairs and wellies on the tables, so different and fun.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Romantic themes, soft pastels, rose petals and candles, floaty chiffon and pearls.
What is your signature finishing touch?
Something special on the bride and grooms chairs.
