We occasionally expand our team but Kerry and I (Steph) have worked together for over ten years so we both work really hard!

If your parents would like to contribute towards your day, ask them to pay for one or two exact items, rather than just general flexible cash as some parents feel they can control all elements of the day rather than the pieces they’ve paid for.

Well then discuss if they have a budget and how much assistance they’d like.
As we are recommended supplier to many venues, we have created various venue specific decor packages and on occasions, as soon as the couple explain which venue they’ve booked, I’ll know instantly the type of venue styling which is possible.
I’ll then email photos, packages and prices.
A zoom or in person consultation is available at this stage or nearer to the time.
If the couple wish to book, the team will email the deposit (which is £100) & booking form
The receipt will then be sent via email.
The couple can then contact me at any point to discuss their wedding styling or day and sometimes the couple book me to co ordinate the day too.

The couples can rant or discuss any ideas or problem past me at any point once they’ve booked! I don’t charge for this and occasionally, I’m the only person that can mediate!
