What is your most memorable wedding?
The most amazing 'first love' wedding story! The lovely couple met at school and married shortly after graduating from university.
The reception was held in a beautiful marquee in the school grounds and surrounded with memories of their days at school together. They even had a 'treasure hunt' involving places of where they first met, held hands and kissed!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Personalised place settings using photos of the bride or groom with the wedding guests, the Grandparents photos were the most adorable!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After an initial enquiry usually by email, we like to meet with the Bride and Groom in person to try to get a little more understanding of what style wedding they are looking for. Our menus are extremely flexible and so we aren't bound to our portfolio and can create options to suit our couples personalities. After this we like to offer a personalised menu tasting to discuss the chosen dishes and to individualise the dishes and perfect them ready for the big day.
Following confirmation, we then create a wedding checklist to collect all the information needed to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible.
