Describe your typical process with a couple.
1. Initial Enquiry
The couple contacts us via website, email, or social media. We discuss their wedding date, location, number of guests, and their preferred drinks.
2. Tailored Quote
We send a personalised quote based on the duration of hire (2 or 4 hours) and any extra options like pastries or speciality drinks.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once the couple is happy, they confirm the booking. We send a simple contract and deposit invoice to secure the date.
4. Pre-Wedding Planning
Before the wedding, we touch base to finalise timings, drinks menu, and any special requests. This ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.
5. Event Day Setup
Our professional barista arrives early to set up the tuk tuk at the venue. The van is ready to serve fresh artisan coffee, hot chocolate, and other drinks when guests arrive.
6. Service & Interaction
Throughout the booked hours, we serve drinks, engage with guests, and keep the area tidy. The tuk tuk becomes a fun, Instagram-worthy feature of the wedding.
7. Wrap-Up
After service, we clean up and pack away the van, leaving the venue as we found it. We follow up with the couple to thank them and invite feedback.
