Hi. I never normally do this but I was so very impressed with every member of your staff at the wedding of my friend Carly to Neil on Saturday. The main lady, I apologise I did not get her name, was outstanding! The young ladies handing out the champagne was so quick, efficient and friendly. Once inside the main lady organised her staff so very efficiently; ensuring the meal was served quickly. Excellent. The lady dancing behind the bar was great - how lovely to see staff enjoying themselves too but not distracting away from serving us so quickly. I had ordered a cab to take me home to Letchworth at 11pm. When I was still waiting at 11.10, one of the workers Ray enquired and I told him my cab had not turned up and that my mobile phone was dead. He took me into reception where a lady named Donna called my cab company and got that sorted out and they then charged my mobile for me! Thank you so much to Donna and Ray for looking after me (I am a lady on my own). I was so impressed by Ware Priory and the staff and shall certainly recommend it to all. Thank you for such a lovely day. Everything went so smoothly.

It has been such a re-assurance to have had by our side to make sure that day happen for us. You are a talented and incredible lady! Well never forget you.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Mother’s Day afternoon tea yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and the food was exceptional. It was also a nice touch to receive at the end a Mother’s Day gift of Macarons. Please pass on our thanks to the catering team as the food was lovely and there was plenty of it and all of our special food requests were taken care of which was most appreciated.

Good morning, I just wanted top say a big thank you to all the staff for making my grandsons christening reception so lovely. It was a brilliant day and the food was excellent. A huge thanks to the girls who set the display tables up they were perfect everything looked amazing we were so pleased. I understand that the bar tab was not all used and I would be grateful if you could advise his much is to be refunded and how this happens.
