Vin Van - the H Van Bar

Allow us to introduce you to VinVan, our beautifully restored 1967 Citroen H Van. She spent most of her life on a vineyard in St Tropez, but after 40 years of service, she was beginning to be past her best. She was retired and, with a top speed of 20 mph, she was never going to make it as a get away vehicle. Sadly, she lost her way and was living as a recluse in a barn feeling sorry for herself when we found her, 10 years ago. It was love at first sight when we took her in and nursed her back to health (her inner workings were a little run down - there was even a field mouse living in one of her seats). We gave her a new lease of life and she now lives with us, happily serving drinks to our customers, basking in all her former glory. She just LOVES a wedding and a bit of glamour and so do we. Our trained bar staff always have a friendly smile, and they make a mean G&T. With lighting, refrigeration and even a little music, VinVan really stand out from the crowd. Often, we will come to your event for free (depending on distance and number of guests) where we offer a very reasonably priced drinks menu. VinVan is an absolute MUST for lovers of all things vintage or for those who are just looking for an unusual bar solution - she always ends up as a talking point on the day! We can serve Pimms, Aperol Spritz, champagne, prosecco, cava, bottled beers and ciders, Harveys ale, gin, spririts/mixers and soft drinks. Welcome drinks and canapé packages are available from around £10 per head.
