Vanilla in Allseasons

We both just wanted to say the biggest thank you ever to you and your team for making our wedding on Thursday the most epic day!! The amount of compliments on the food was just unreal - the canapés, the bbq, the dessert it was all just AMAZING!! So many people said it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! I’m so glad we chose the relaxed bbq vibe, it just worked so well for us. A special thank you to Julie and Emily who on the day were just outstanding!

We want to say a huge thanks to all the staff at vanilla in Allseasons for preparing and providing a wonderful service for our wedding breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and we had so many comments about how nice it was! In particular lots of guests said the soup was delicious! You catered our every need and were very attentive! Thank you all very much. You helped make our day very special.

You cannot fault Vanilla in all seasons for their amazing dishes, perfectly and professionally managed events and great team, they made our wedding THE best day. The feedback from the most critical of our congregation was faultless, equalled by the way they looked after our guest with dietary requirements. My wife and I chose Vanilla in Allseasons to cater for our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn this year. From the initial contact right through to the day itself, we received a high level of service where nothing was too much trouble. The tasting day was a particular highlight and I think its wonderful that it's provided to you to get a feel for what your menu will be like. Even up to the last minute, nothing was too much trouble and all alterations we needed were met.

From the moment of our first meeting for our wedding, we were blown away with Vanilla in All Seasons. The time and detail that went into the planning, from asking us our preferences, really getting to know us as a couple and then giving their expertise made the planning process 100 times easier. One of our biggest considerations for the wedding was the food - ensuring people had enough, that all the dietary requirements were met (and that they didn't feel like 2nd best options).

On the day the food was brilliant. ALL of our guests have commented on how well presented and delicious the food was. The portions were definitely significantly smaller than at the tasting but we were all super full so it wasn’t a problem (it’s just worth noting as we were told at the tasting they would be the exact same). The service was brilliant, we had one server per table and ours was Emily who introduced herself to us at the start of service and was the most lovely, friendly person.

We had our wedding at Sandon Hall in July and chose the bespoke option - this meant we had SO many choices from VinA as our caterers. We also chose to have a choice menu to allow our guests a choice of 3 options for each course. On the run up to the wedding the communication was great, we had regular email contact, a video call and a tasting evening. On the tasting evening all of the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The team were very accommodating with e.g. changing the plates/cutlery etc too to make sure everything fit with our theme. On the day the food was brilliant. ALL of our guests have commented on how well presented and delicious the food was. Our personal (and multiple guest!) recommendations from the menu would be: Summer Aranchini Cheshire beef with Parmesan chips and kale chips Banoffee pie Overall, service was brilliant and food was delicious, thank you!!

Without a doubt the best food I have ever had at a wedding, and I'm not just saying that because it was my own! Our venue only use Vanilla in All Seasons for catering, and once you have tasted their food, you understand why. They clearly put an awful lot of care into sourcing their ingredients locally and tailoring your wedding menu to suit your taste. We were able to go to a tasting prior to our wedding, and had a meeting to discuss all the details of our day. Our canapés, wedding breakfast and evening food were delicious and all of our guests commented on this aspect of our wedding in particular. In the run up to the wedding, they were prompt and flexible in dealing with our requests and changes to guest numbers / dietary requirements, etc and we felt really reassured that everything would run smoothly on the day. On the day, Julie and Michelle were brilliant in helping the day run smoothly, and took charge of moving guests around and toastmastering. They really made sure that ourselves and our guests had everything we needed. I can't recommend Vanilla in All Seasons highly enough!

The team at Vanilla looked after us in the run up to our wedding and on the day itself to make sure everything went smoothly and they were fantastic. They really provided us with a lot of support and talked us through the day to make sure we knew what happened when and ensured they accomodated for everything we wanted including 5 speeches, a sparkler picture and tight timings for it all. They also provided our food and cake (made of cheese) for our wedding and it was incredible! The sharing platter and lamb main tasted sensational and the sticky toffee pudding topped it off perfectly for our autumnal wedding. All our guests have been raving about it all week. Thank you so much! We will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

Vanilla have been brilliant to work with from the very beginning. Very professional team, and easy to talk to from the consultation to the clear up. Excellent quality food and brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble and the vegetarian and vegan guests were particularly impressed with their meals.
