Make sure you’re comfortable with your suppliers. Speak to local recently married couples and other local suppliers before making any booking to make sure who you’ve booked come highly recommended.

I love personalised reception cocktails! A great way to get the party started!

It may be a bit boring but I LOVE a Salted Caramel Old fashion made with spiced rum. If I put enough rum in it they would soon be wowed!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
With over 1000 wedding bar services provided since 2008 I can’t put my finger on one particular drink. I can, however, say the solid ice bar we once had created for a wedding was the most innovative bar I’ve seen!
