We always recommend keeping your number of wedding suppliers to a minimum. We offer a full wedding planning service that ensures your day not only looks great but tastes amazing!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Really, there are too many to say but we love lounge areas where your family and friends can relax and catch up.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
As soon as we receive an enquiry from a couple, we want to know everything about them - where they met, what they love etc and then finally we want to know everything about their love of food. From this, we offer either a menu from our stunning best-loved food, or we can create a bespoke menu. If the couple wants we can also work with other suppliers on their behalf to create the most beautiful and stunning wedding that when we host, everyone can't stop talking about!
How would you wow the Judges on Masterchef?
In order to impress the Masterchef Judges, we would:
- have a massive repertoire of dishes
- know the fundamentals of cooking
- be organised
- ensure the details are all spot on
- ensure our presentation was perfect
- ensure our dishes were stylish
- finally, we would cook what we love. xx
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
We cook innovative dishes all of the time but recently our client wanted a traditional trifle with a modern twist delivered to every table. The guests were in awe!
