The Dinner on the Saturday evening was an outstanding success and I was hugely impressed with Nigel and his team and how they coped with the dreadful weather conditions. Given that the food had to be prepared offsite it was delicious and many people commented on how good it was and how succulent and tasty the chicken was- well done chef.

The level of generosity shown by Brend Hotels at the Castle Hill Jubilee Ball was astounding. Quite simply your staff made the evening the success that it was.

Thank you for all your help leading up to and on our wedding day for our wedding at Castle Hill on the 27th April. We both had a wonderful time and family and friends enjoyed the wedding breakfast thanks to all your preparation and organisation on the day. Thanks and best wishes.

This is not just a business to them, there is genuine care and attention put towards doing the job right. Nigel and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Amazing food, beautifully presented and lots of it! The staff were happy to serve pre-dinner drinks and brought some lovely ice buckets to help chill the wine nicely. We didn't have to lift a finger and the best thing was that all the dirty dishes were cleared and taken away! Thank you Top Notch for a wonderful dinner.

Nigel was fantastic even 2 years in advance when we were first organising our big day. Nothing was a problem and he made our wedding day stress free. The team overall were great. the hall looked fantastic and all our wedding guests were looked after all day. We had no worries about anything on the day and Nigel and the team made everything look easy. Food was outstanding! Wedding guests said it was the best food they had ever tasted at a wedding reception. We would highly recommend this team for any function. Truly are Top Notch.
