What can I say, We had our Wedding at Sopley Mill, Tom's bar were absolutely fabulous! so helpful, Nothing was too much trouble. We got married at Sopley Mill and Tom's Bars operated the bars on-site. Their staff were very friendly and professional; there was a good variety of drinks available at a reasonable price from the two bars. They also provided the table service during our wedding breakfast and did a fantastic job at keeping everyone supplied - it seemed like our wine glasses were just refilling themselves! Another helpful option was their clearance package, which allowed our guests to not have to worry.

I cannot recommend Tom’s Bars highly enough. The whole process working with them for our wedding was great, from the good communication throughout the planning phase to their service on the day, everyone’s drinks remained topped up throughout. Would recommend for any wedding, party or event.

We used Tom's Bars at Sopley Mill for our wedding recently & had the best day! Allison helped us plan everything from start to finish and she couldn't have been more helpful. She really knows her stuff as (like a lot of people!) we've never organised a wedding before so her guidance was invaluable. We did a half board package with whereby we supplied the drinks for the wedding breakfast and they did everything else. You'd never have known the difference. Our guests loved all the cocktails.

In June of this year my Husband and I tied the knot at the picturesque Sopley Mill. Tom and his team not only operated the bars for us on the day, but also helped us choose the wine selection for the meal and the reception drink, as we didn't want the traditional prosecco. Our initials are G&T and in honour we wanted a G&T reception, and we sampled 2 reds, 2 whites and 2 sparkling wines for the meal, which Allison could not have been more helpful with! The service was fantastic, and the ease.
