DRY HIRE We will deliver and set up our bar for you at your location. You stock it and provide your own staff to manage it. Once your hire is complete, we will come and collect the bar. £450 per day £550 with generator and Petrol. *£250 deposit. CASH BAR We provide drinks plus two experienced staff to serve. Your guests pay for their drinks themselves. £250 refundable deposit with £1000 minimum spend TAB BAR We provide drinks plus two experienced staff to serve. You prepay an amount to us in advance and let your guests enjoy drinks on you until the tab runs out. You can then increase the tab or let the guests pay for themselves. £250 refundable deposit with £1000 minimum spend All cash and tab bars include: A dedicated manager to support you with your booking and on the day. Full bar hire of the horse box for the duration of your event Setup, bar related rubbish disposal and pack down. A Temporary Events Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event Transportation of bar & staff to your venue Option to customize the décor of the horsebox and uniform of the staff to suit your event (additional fee) Beautifully finished interior, festoon lighting and decorative foliage.
