There have been a few but the one that stands out is a couple who had their whole wedding based on shooting. We catered a menu of mostly game followed by lots of fine port and cheese. one wedding had donkey rides for the kids, followed by a donkey derby! Also I love horse and carriage arrivals I think they always add that extra magical bride moment!

We did a Trio of meats main once which involved - lamb cutlets, venison fillet and fillet steak!!!!!!! It involved many different flavours but it worked. We delivered the meat on large sharing platters to each table and it worked perfectly. We also once cooked x12 large beef wellingtons and a guest from each table carved for the other guests on their table which was a nice touch.
