Have plenty of time before the big day, start talking to suppliers with months to spare, and really get a feel for who you are working with!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We like to do an initial consultation, we usually bring a couple of example cocktails for our couples to try, our standard menu has cocktails that change seasonally, but we love working with a couple to make something unique to them for their special day! We then go through our standard menu, and work out any additional options that a couple might want.
