The Swan Bar provides professional mobile bar hire across Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglia. Our mobile bar hire starts from £150. Every wedding is different, so we tailor our bar service around your guest numbers, venue and the type of drinks service you would like. Options include cash bars, hosted bars, reception drinks, Prosecco toast drinks, wine, beers and ciders, spirits, signature cocktails, soft drinks and alcohol-free and gluten-free options. We’ll discuss your requirements with you before providing a clear quote, so you know exactly what is included with no surprises.

Looking for a mobile bar that can be built around your wedding rather than making your wedding fit around a package?

The Swan Bar provides professional mobile bar hire for weddings across Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglia, from intimate celebrations to large-scale wedding receptions.

Whether you'd like a straightforward cash/card bar, welcome drinks for your guests, Prosecco for the toast, wine for the meal or a complete drinks package, we'll work with you to create the right option for your day.

Our experienced team can provide a fully stocked and staffed mobile bar, with beers and ciders, wines, Prosecco, spirits, soft drinks, alcohol-free choices and a selection of cocktails.

We bring the practical side too — including flexible bar setups, refrigeration, multiple tills and, where required, we can arrange the Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the sale of alcohol at your venue.

Behind The Swan Bar is 20 years of wedding and event experience, alongside experience delivering bar services at major events and venues including Norfolk Showground and Silverstone.

Jan really put us at ease

Jan is so friendly and helpful, she really put us at ease when looking at games and décor for our wedding! There's a huge range of items to choose from and Jan helped us put together a cohesive look for our big day with table runners, chair drapes and garden games. We also hired a basket of blankets which was much needed on our chilly day!

The best money I've spent

We booked Jan to provide garden games for our wedding at Chaucer Barn 11 days ago - so pleased we did! My wife saw them at a wedding fayre and said how well the games went down. Very easy to book and communication was great. Even came and set the games up for us without having to meet, as we were both occupied on the wedding morning. All guests really enjoyed the games- especially the epic tug of war matches and the coconut shy.

Jan brought our vision to life

We contacted Jan to style our wedding as we wanted something that represented us. Following a brief chat Jan worked out what we wanted and then worked with us providing us with ideas and bringing the style we wanted to life. She worked out every last detail for us. I could not recommend Jan enough, she made our dreams come true! Jan is so friendly and bubbly, and was an absolute pleasure to work with - it felt like a massive weight off my shoulders when Jan came along, as I knew I could put my total faith in her! Jan went above and beyond

We had Jan as our on the day wedding executer, some decor and lighting too. Jan was such a breath of fresh capable air at our wedding. She was calm, efficient, on top of it, and didnt flinch at our requests. She was fun and very competent and allowed us to breathe a sigh of relief knowing our wedding execution was in great hands. What types of wedding bar service do you offer?

We offer flexible mobile bar options to suit your wedding, including cash bars, hosted bars and pre-arranged drinks packages. We can provide reception drinks, Prosecco for the toast, wine, beers and ciders, spirits, soft drinks, alcohol-free choices and signature cocktails.

Can we personalise the drinks for our wedding?

Answer: Absolutely. Every wedding is different, so we’re happy to discuss your favourite drinks, signature cocktails and the type of bar experience you want for your guests. We’ll help you create something that suits your wedding rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all package.

Do you provide the bar and staff?

Yes. The Swan Bar provides the mobile bar setup together with experienced bar staff, so you don’t need to organise separate bar equipment and staffing.

Can you provide reception and toast drinks?

Yes. We can arrange reception drinks for your guests and Prosecco for your wedding toast, as well as wine and other drinks depending on the package you choose.

Do you serve cocktails?

Yes! We can offer a selection of cocktails and can discuss signature cocktails for your wedding. It’s a great way to add something personal and memorable to your drinks menu.

What if our venue doesn’t have a licence to sell alcohol?

Where a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required for your wedding, The Swan Bar applys for the TEN as part of arranging your bar service, taking one more job off your wedding planning list.

Do you cater for alcohol-free and gluten-free requirements?

Yes. We offer alcohol-free options and can also provide gluten-free drinks, so guests with different dietary requirements can still enjoy a good choice from the bar. If you have any specific requirements, just let us know when planning your wedding and we'll make sure suitable options are available.

How far do you travel?

We primarily provide wedding bar hire throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglia area. If your wedding is further afield, please get in touch and we’ll happily discuss whether we can accommodate it.

How many guests can you cater for?

We have the equipment and experienced team needed for everything from smaller celebrations to major events. Our large-event setup can cater for events of up to around 5,000 attendees, so a busy wedding bar certainly doesn’t frighten us!
