How far in advance should we book?
We'd always recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date. Wedding dates get booked up quickly, so reserving early means you won't be disappointed.
What's included in the price?
Our hire fee covers travel, licensing, the bar structure itself, ice, coolers and all the equipment needed to run a professional bar — plus a welcome drink for your guests to start the celebrations off right.
Can you create a bespoke or signature cocktail for us?
Absolutely — we love creating a signature cocktail tailored to you as a couple, whether that's based on your favourite flavours, your wedding colours, or just something fun and memorable for your guests.
Do you offer a cash bar, and can guests pay by card?
Yes, we run a pay bar and guests can pay by both cash and card, so there's no need to worry about anyone being caught short.
What space and power do you need at the venue?
We just need a 2m x 2m space and a standard UK plug socket — we bring everything else with us.
How many staff come with the bar, and how many guests can you cater for?
For events up to around 100 guests, we bring a team of 3 to keep the drinks flowing and the service quick and friendly.
Can you cater for guests who don't drink alcohol?
Of course — we stock plenty of alcohol-free options including 0% Guinness, 0% beers and virgin mojitos, so everyone's included.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes, travel is included as standard within 100 miles, so we can come to you wherever your venue is.
What if our venue only allows their own alcohol?
No problem — you're welcome to provide the alcohol yourselves and still hire us purely for our bar service and cocktail-making expertise.
What if our guest numbers or date change?
Changing your guest numbers is no problem at all. Date changes are possible but subject to availability, so let us know as early as you can.
