What is your most memorable wedding?
I made cocktails for a wedding in the South Of France beside an infinity pool overlooking an undisturbed vineyard landscape. It was "INCROYABLE!"

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud if the positive feedback I have received from friends and family on how much of a good idea this is for me.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I like the little things. I once saw coffees served after dinner with little cards attached to them. Inside the cards were meaningful dates to the couple. It was nice to hear about the stories of those dates.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I find out what flavours and cocktails the couple enjoy and then come back to them with all kinds of choices. It's one of the fun parts!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
I created a cocktail that has had so much success and attention that I am thinking of registering it's name!
