A small wedding or 70 people which was held in the grooms parents garden in marquee. A small but very intimate affair. We pulled out all the stops to ensure this was a great day and worked towards the tight budget the couple was on.

The first stage is to establish a couple's budget, and then to discuss the theme of their wedding. Identifying any particular culinary likes and dislikes before putting together a menu and service to suit.
We tend to invite couple's along to one of our public events also to sample the food, or alternatively we can bring a sample of foods along to their home.
A simple dish of served components that are designed to work perfectly and harmoniously together.
A couple wanted a very stylish modern menu but incorporating traditional Indian flavours. Wed designed several canapés which perfectly fit the theme but in keeping with our wood smoked style of cooking. But the dish we were most proud of was a Spicy 16 hour smoked and hand pulled land which was served in fresh soft naan bread and with an accompanying mango and mint salsa and yoghurt sauce. This has now made in onto our main catering menu.
As Thomas Keller once said "a recipe has no soul, you as the cook must bring soul to the recipe".
