Our most memorable wedding was probably our first. The Bride's mother and step father discovered us on one of our very first events in 2014. They came back the following week with the Bride and Groom who both loved the pies and the trailer and decided to book there and then.
Fun, Interesting, Relaxed and Maximum Taste
That we are able to take part in some couples' most memorable days of their lives. That we consistently provide an excellent level of service and quality to our customers.
Get it planned early; good suppliers get booked up fast so make sure you are on top of everything.
At one of my friends weddings they had the brother of the bride as the celebrant which I thought was so touching as you could tell that he meant every word he was saying.
We firstly send out our menus and try and follow up with a phone call to discuss the couple's requirements. We'd then invite them to come and see the trailer and they can try our pies. If they want to go ahead with the booking we then ask for our contract to be signed and a 25% deposit to secure the date. Of course there's a bit more to it than that but we try to keep everything as simple as possible for the happy couple as we know that planning a wedding can be pretty stressful.
Of course it would have to be a pie! But which filling? It would have to either be the steak and Stilton or my Christmas pie because I just can't get enough pigs in blankets and bread sauce.
And for dessert it would have to be a creme brulee.
