Their bespoke dessert carts offer freshly prepared treats served live, including mini Dutch pancakes, bubble waffles, strawberries and cream, and indulgent chocolate creations, all finished with a wide selection of premium toppings and sauces. Each cart is fully styled to complement the event’s colour scheme and theme, complete with personalised menus and refined presentation.
Alongside desserts, The Party Pantry provides artisan charcuterie carts, luxury grazing tables, and beautifully arranged grazing boards filled with carefully selected cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, dips, breads, and accompaniments. Every display is curated to deliver both visual impact and exceptional flavour.

The Party Pantry specialises in luxury dessert carts, artisan charcuterie carts, grazing tables and beautifully styled grazing boards. From freshly made mini pancakes, bubble waffles and strawberries & cream to elegant grazing displays filled with premium cheeses and cured meats, every experience is designed to add wow factor to your celebration.
How long is the service provided for?
Our standard service is a fully staffed 2-hour experience, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared desserts or grazing throughout the celebration. This creates a relaxed, interactive atmosphere rather than a rushed buffet-style setup.
Can the carts and grazing setups be styled to match our wedding theme?
Absolutely! All of our carts and grazing displays are fully styled to complement your colour scheme and wedding theme. From personalised menus and serving bowls to coordinated décor, we ensure everything flows beautifully with your special day.
How many guests can you cater for?
We cater for both intimate weddings and larger celebrations. Our packages can be tailored to suit your guest numbers, whether you’re hosting 20 guests or 150+. Simply let us know your estimated numbers and we’ll recommend the perfect option for you.
Do you provide staff with the carts and grazing tables?
Yes, all of our dessert carts and grazing experiences are fully staffed by our friendly, professional team. We prepare and serve everything live to ensure freshness, smooth service, and a wonderful guest experience.
Is a deposit required to secure our date?
Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event, and we also offer flexible payment plans to make things easier.
What space is required for the cart setup?
We usually require approximately 2.5m x 2.5m of space for our carts to be set up comfortably. If your venue or garden space is slightly different, just let us know and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
