We take care of all things oyster related and will make your canapé reception exceptional. We provide the whole kit from the bar to the dressings, ice, platters, staff and of course the freshest British oysters in town. We are fully mobile, require no kitchen or prep space and are just as happy setting up in a garden, a formal dining room or in the middle of a field!

Have a quick chat to get a feel for numbers, location etc. We'll advise the couple on how many oysters we'd suggest for their party size - but we're not pushy, it's up to the couple to decide how many oysters they want to provide to their guests. We'll send a quick quote outlining the total costs. If they're happy with it and want to go ahead we take a £100 booking fee to secure the date, the remaining balance of the payment is due 10 days before the big day. We'll be in touch the month before the date to go over final timings for the day and any last minute details.
