All of them, can't distinguish ,as long as all the Guests of the Clients are happy with our Food, Service and the whole package really ,then we feel we have a mission accomplished

It was a new Concept, nobody had ever done on this Scale.
We still even to this day, love our Brand, and I think that makes us stand out from the rest.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
DO NOT pay any Caterer in full a Year in advance, that should be a warning sign of the Company's state of Finance.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Lots ,too many to mention, but Catered at a local Reservoir in Birmingham a few Years ago and they had a Large Marquee on the Edge, gave the Ilusion you was in a Mediterranean Country, although it was a Hot Day.
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
Vegan #moussaka and Pastichio
