The Full Spoon

Wedding fever has finally died down and we wanted to just say thank you again for the brilliant job you did on the catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely stunning and exactly what we had hoped for and so thank you for completely nailing the brief! So many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was and in many cases, how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. A sentiment we wholeheartedly agree with! Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming but Andy went out of his way to relax us and help in any way possible. The initial tasting meal was absolutely stunning and had us excited for the big day from the offset. We see ourselves as Food lovers and wanted the food to be a huge part of the day. It really was! Andy's clear passion for cooking shone through the whole process, specifically when designing a menu. We had a lot of dietary requirements, but they weren't a problem at all for the Full Spoon team and were taken care of from the moment we mentioned it. The Vegetarian/Vegan alternatives offered were fantastic! Andy and the team were brilliant on the day and really went above and beyond our expectations. Andy at the Full Spoon was very welcoming and friendly from the start. Had loads of exciting fresh menu ideas and used locally sourced ingredients. His food was competitively priced and nothing was too much trouble. Full spoon came up with a great menu and loads of our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! So many people asked us for their contact details afterwards. They also went beyond duty and helped with other stuff at the venue like lighting the fire pit!

My wedding weekend was the best weekend of my life and I had very high expectations and dreams of the food and drink that myself and my guests would enjoy. Only the best would do! My family and I decided to use The Full Spoon as our wedding caterers because they were one of the only caterers that really listened to our vision.

We were looking for a menu of fresh, local produce that would appeal to everyone and work well served on platters in a family style. Andy and his team completely exceeded our expectations and helped create the relaxed, casual style of dining we were after. The food was absolutely incredible, and we had comments from so many people on how much they enjoyed it. Andy and his team went above and beyond to make our day special and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We were really looking forward to the food at our wedding as we thought it would blow our guests socks off and it did - many of our guests said it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. Andy gave us the casual sharing meal we were after but with a real high-end restaurant quality to both that and the canapés. And his friendly front of house team were unflappably calm which really helped us!
