Plan early, secure dates and ask for what you want. It's your wedding, make sure it is all you want it to be.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We first request our couples to fill out a booking form to establish our availability and their requirements. Then we follow up with a call and a chat through. We might do this several times to get to a great starting point of numbers and choices. We take a small deposit to secure the wedding date and where possible offer a tasting. 2 months before the wedding we get back in touch to finalise details and take full payment, then we communicate a few days before the wedding with our couples and venue's on arrival times and set up details.
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
Our incredible Paellas and Hogs bring fantastic theatre to weddings. Personal favourites are some of our delicious canapés.
