First and foremost I'm a foodie and like to make sure our food is great quality and delicous. The most common feedback we get about our food is "its banging chicken" or "OMG thats huge".
I have a love for food and will generally try anything. I had wanted to open a food truck for a number of years. So mid covid pandemic and a year into fatherhood I decided it was now or never so quit my job as a telecomms engineer and brought Betty. 4 months later, after a full renovation we opened for our first event in June 2022. I am lucky enough to be able to honestly say I love my job and getting to feed all our wonderful customers.
