Plan as much in advance as possible but don't over-worry about things, your guests will have an incredible time and won't notice the small things that you may be stressing about (talking from personal experience of planning my own wedding!)
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Caterers that make a special effort to remember personal details about the wedding party and create a good relationship with everyone, rather than just turning up to 'another' booking and leaving.

Ideally we would meet the couple over some freshly made cocktails and get to know them, getting as much information as we can so we're able to provide the best service possible.
