Inital emails to get a feel for what the couple requires, then we would discuss pricing options followed by a deposit to secure the couples date if they want to book. All of this can be accompanied by as many phone conversations as needed to put the couple at ease. If necesscary they are welcome to come and have a look at our Bubble Bee van.
